Making Reservations
For a reservation, click on the link at the bottom of this page, call DSN 631-2300/631-1850 or e-mail your reservations to Okuma Reservations at okuma@18services.com. We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa and Air Force Club credit cards.

Event Center
Let Okuma cater and host your next event. We can set up for birthday parties or business meetings. When your event is over, step outside and relax on the beach.

Reservations/Cancellations
Group and Conference Itinerary, Special Requests & Changes
Any special requests for equipment or room assignments must be submitted at least 10 days prior to check-in. This ensures that we have time to address the request and give you ample time for alternative plans should we not be able to fufill the request.
 
Reservations will be limited to two (2) rooms per sponsor per visit; this includes log cabins and cabanas. Reservations are non-transferable.

Payment Policy
To confirm reservation, a deposit totaling the first night's fee will apply.

Cancellation / Refunds
Cancellations or changes for individual reservations must be made 3 days (72 hours) prior to check-in for a full refund. Cancellations or changes made within the 3 days will forfeit the cost of one (1) night stay. No-shows will forfeit the cost of one (1) night stay. Guests must check in no later than 1800 or contact the Okuma Coral Reef Inn to notify of a late check-in. Refunds will be given for emergency situations on a case by case basis.

Cancellations for conference/group reservations must be made 30 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 29-16 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 15-0 days prior will not receive a refund.

Refunds will be given in the original form of payment via electronic funds transfer or credit card credit to the sponsor or group point of contact.

Sponsors may allow dependents over 18 years of age to check-in on their behalf, as long as the sponsor pre-arranges this with the Okuma Welcome Center management.
